My goal is have a flat stomach and I have about a week and 5 days left to reach my goal of a flat stomach. do I have enough time? What are some tips and tricks that I could do? What are some key exercises to getting a flat stomach? How long will it take? Ideally, how many times during the week should I work on my stomach?

It depends on how "not flat" your stomach is, now doesn't it? Sit ups and crunches. There aren't any short cuts when it comes to health and fitness. It simply requires hard work and focus. It is also imperative that you eat properly too.
Want to get a flat stomach, certainly do sit ups and cardio. other muscles of the body also affects the stomach
