really overweight
for years, and was almost
about to try gastric
bypass. I really didn't
want to have surgery, but I
didn't know what else to do,

About Abs. I'm in pretty
good shape, and I workout
regularly. But I have
always had a problem getting
those ripped 6-pack abs.
I used to do tons of sit-ups
and crunches all the time, but
I could never uncover my abs.
I didn't even realize
that I was exercising the wrong
muscles until I got Truth About

Thanks BellyFatAbsCenter for
your recommendations. I'm
the girl who's tried everything
to lose weight. I tried
pills. I tried the Zone
diet, the low-carb diet, the
Atkins diet, the South Beach

name it, I tried it. Nothing
worked. Sure, I'd lose a
few pounds for a week or so,
